Contains two letters from EWHC staff offering sex education services to Davenport public schools. The second letter, sent after a series of sex education presentations given to 7th-grade students in Davenport public schools, remarks on the necessity of sex education in an area where "46% of the 40 7th grade health students were nonvirgins."
