Scope and Contents
From the Series:
The Sketches, autograph books, and scrapbooks series (1876-1894 and undated) dates from Anderson's early years. Dated sketches were created during her trip to Germany following graduation from Augustana College. One scrapbook was put together by Anderson's mother and given as a gift when Anderson was about 6 years old. The autograph books were given as gifts before she was a teenager, although she used at least one while at college.
