Scope and Contents
The Kelvin Mason collection of student art prints, 2012-2021, consists of portfolios of students’ work from printmaking classes. Courses involved in the portfolios include Mason’s screen-printing, relief printmaking, and intaglio printmaking classes.
The portfolios’ titles are as follows: Netherworld: a collection of the infernal; Peccant Indulgence: a collection of guilty pleasures; Peregrinations: an omnium gatherum of journeys; Chimera: a collection of dreams; Ipseity: a collection of identities; Vices: a portfolio of shortcomings; and Antipathy: a portfolio of horrors. Antipathy features an additional print by Dr. Tierney Brosius of Augustana College’s biology department.
