Allen H. Johnson graduated from Augustana College in 1929. While at Augustana, Johnson worked part time at the Augustana Book Concern and upon graduation, he became a full time cashier and payroll manager. Abstract
Jane Tiedge was a non-traditional student at Augustana College in the mid-1990s who became a staff member in the Office of International Programs. She was encouraged in her studies in history and religion by professor Ross Paulson. Tiedge's research as a student and later as an independent scholar focused primarily on Sister Ingeborg Nystul, a Lutheran missionary to China.
