The Beta Omega Sigma social club (fraternity) was founded at Augustana College 10 December 1929. The organization is known as the “BOS." The Beta Omega Sigma records include fraternity meeting minutes, information about fraternity events, photographs, a fraternity newsletter, and an Augustana Observer article about a fraternity member.
John Thomas Tredway papers
John Thomas Tredway was the seventh president of Augustana College, serving from 1975 to 2003. The John Thomas Tredway papers, 1958-1994, comprise Tredway's official papers from the first 5-10 years of his presidency. Papers include correspondence, financial data, campus planning documents, enrollment statistics, and subject files.
