Martin, K.A. (Karl Axel), 1863-1942

Abstract K. A. Martin (also, Karl Axel or Carl Axel) was born in Horn, Östergötland, Sweden on January 22, 1863. He came to the United States in 1881, and arrived at Augustana College and Theological Seminary in Rock Island, Illinois in 1884. He attended the college from 1886-1888, and the seminary from 1892-1894. Martin was ordained in St. Peter, Minnesota on June 10, 1894.
