Morgan, Gertrude Roth, 1903-1995

Abstract Gertrude Roth was born March 16, 1903, in Davenport, Iowa. She received a bachelor’s degree from Augustana College and a master’s from the University of Iowa. She married Ralph Morgan in 1944. Morgan was active in the Quad Cities musical community, serving on the board of the Quad City Symphony Orchestra for 66 years and as coordinator of vocal music for the Davenport schools for 25 years.
