The Audio Reels subseries contains three types of recordings: personal recordings, including audio recordings from Burkholder Jr. High performances directed by McKinley; professional recordings of productions of The Glass Menagerie and Cowboy Coupe de Ville; and miscellaneous unidentified recordings.
