Scope and Contents
The council records series, 1912-2014 and undated, contains records created or retained by Trinity Lutheran Church's council and its affiliate groups, including the Board of Trustees. The bulk of the material in this series consists of meeting minutes and reports as well as records related to various building and renovation projects and capital campaigns undertaken by the church from 1955 to 2011. Some projects documented in the collection include the construction of Tillberg Hall in the late 1950s, a 1971 capital funds campaign, the installation of a central officee and chapel and replacement of chancel furniture in the late 1970s (A Building for All Generations), and a renovation and addition to Founders Hall in the early 1990s (Vision 2000).
