Abstract
The Quad-Cities Graduate Study Center is a not-for-profit organization seeking to help develop and expand opportunities for graduate and continuing education in the region. This organization was founded in 1969, after being commissioned by the President of Augustana College in 1964. The materials in the collection include reports and evaluations about the planning of the program from 1964 until 1969. Annual reports, catalogues, class schedules, and newspaper clippings make up the bulk of the collection for the years 1970-1988. Also included is a series of publications and reprinted articles from the papers of Donald A. Johnson, the director of the Quad Cities Graduate Study Center from 1975 until 1982.
