Herbert Glynn collection on the Central States College Association
Abstract
The Central States College Association was an organization of 11 church-related liberal arts colleges in five Midwestern states. It was founded in 1965. CSCA worked to strengthen programs of liberal education at member colleges through collaboration among administrators, faculty, and students. Augustana College was a member of this organization from 1966 to 1973. Materials in this collection were compiled by Herbert Glynn, who served as registrar of the college, director of admissions, and director of field services. Materials include a handbook, newsletters, annual reports, and a publication titled “Colleges with a Plus.”
