The collection contains academic papers, master's theses, sermons, speeches, undergraduate papers submitted for academic credit, prize winning papers, independent projects, and proceedings of the annual Celebration of Learning.
Arrangement
Most series and subseries are arranged chronologically and then alphabetically by author's name. In general, the order amongst the series is chronological. One exception is the papers from the Master of Arts degree in Regional Studies (Series II, subseries 2); these papers are arranged alphabetically.
Immediate Source of Acquisition
Most papers received from their authors.
Accruals
Special Collections continues to add materials to Series VI: Celebration of Learning on a regular basis. Special Collections stopped adding student and faculty work to this collection in 2014, minus some creative works (zines) and resources. Current student and faculty work can be found in Augustana's digital repository, Augustana Digital Commons, at digitalcommons.augustana.edu.
