The Ann Boaden collection on Emmy Evald, 2005-2007 and undated, measures 2.5 linear inches. The collection contains Boaden's handwritten notes on Emmy Evald and research files. Research files include photocopies of material related to the Lutheran Women’s League, the Lutheran Home for Women, and the National American Woman Suffrage Association. Photocopied architectural plans, letters, and articles related to the construction of Augustana’s Woman’s Building and the Evald Lounge Dedication are also included. Additionally, the collection includes three catalogs from Rockford Female Seminary (1879-1880, 1880-1981, and 1882-1883) and Rockford College’s architectural plans for the Evald Fine Arts Room and portrait dedication, as well as biographical information on Emmy Evald, such as photocopies of obituaries, letters, news clippings, and personal statements.
