The Augustana College series, 1886-2014 and undated, contains papers created by or related to Augustana College. Materials in this series include building sketches, maps, portraits of faculty members, photographs of campus buildings, event posters, diplomas, certificates, and clippings.

Processing Information
The bulk of this series consists of portraits of individuals associated with Augustana College, primarily including faculty members and presidents. Several class composites, including an undated (probably circa late 19th century) composite photograph of pastors of the Augustana Synod, are included, as well as a framed print of a Ripley's Believe It Or Not! cartoon designed by Robert L. Ripley featuring Gustav Andreen, signed by Ripley and presented to Andreen in 1935. Also included in this series are photographs of campus, including aerial photographs and exterior shots of Westerlin dormitory.
