John Bleuer papers
John Bleuer was born in Switzerland on December 14, 1846. He moved to the United States in 1854. Bleuer was a resident of Rock Island, Illinois, for 75 years. He was a contractor and builder, and married Christine K. Schoepf on October 24, 1867. Bleuer died on January 17, 1930. Materials in this collection include newspaper clippings, photographs, church programs, and an abbreviated family tree.

Ann Boaden is a retired Augustana College faculty member. She taught in the English Department, served as editor of the Augustana College Magazine, and served on the Augustana Historical Society’s board of directors. Boaden’s papers include research files, correspondence, notes, and writings.

Erland Levi Borg was an Augustana alumnus and Lutheran minister. The Erland Levi Borg papers, 1926-1993 and undated, contains articles, pamphlets, receipts, music uniforms, and paraphernalia regarding the Augustana Concert Band European Tour of 1928 and other campus organizations. There is also biographical information regarding Borg's life after Augustana and photographs of Band Tour Reunions. Materials have been arranged into series according to accession date.

John Brown papers
John Brown was a bus driver for the Greyhound bus company. He was first hired by Augustana College in 1942 to drive the Augustana Choir on their annual tour. He drove the choir on their tour for 33 years, until his retirement in 1975. The choir nicknamed him “Brownie,” and would request him as their driver every year. Materials in this collection include scrapbooks and news clippings.

The campus and public events collection, 1903-1941 and undated, contains weekly bulletins for campus events and happenings; meeting minutes and official records of Augustana College's Board of Control of Social Activities (later called the Board of Control of Campus Activities), which was charged with overseeing campus programming; and records of the college's Board of Control of Public Meetings, charged with coordinating public events on campus.
