Abstract

The Augustana College Office of Cultural Events was responsible for planning and scheduling events on campus, especially those related to music and theater. While mostly organizing events for students and faculty, the Office of Cultural Events also helped organize events for visiting performers. Materials in this collection include newsletters, posters, flyers, news clippings, and programs.

Abstract Philip Wm. McKinley was born 22 June 1952 to William and Virginia McKinley of Avon, Illinois. He graduated from Avon High School in 1970. McKinley attended Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, where he participated as an actor and a choreographer in Augustana’s theater program and the Barn Theater, a community group in Moline, Illinois, near Augustana College.
