Abstract

The Augustana College Class of 1968 collection, 1964-1970, 2018, includes an assortment of 1960s print ephemera brought by members of the class of 1968 to their 50th anniversary reunion. Additional items include photographs, a written document by Gordon Nelson about his experiences at Augustana and in the Vietnam War, as well as a flag flown over the U.S. Capitol Building in honor of the 50th anniversary of the class of 1968.

Abstract Dr. Ross E. Paulson was a history professor at Augustana College from 1962 to 1995. He specialized in American and European intellectual history, historiography, and interdisciplinary studies. During his time spent on Augustana’s campus, Paulson was very involved with the school.
