Forms include applications for admission to the college, registration blanks, planning forms for courses of study, class absence forms, and student employment applications. Also included is the Fall 1887 class schedule of Carl August Bergendoff (Augustana College class of 1890). With the exception of Bergendoff's form, all other forms in the folder are blank.
