A. Cyril Graham was an organist, instructor, and composer who served as Head of the Organ and Theoretical Departments at the Conservatory of Music at Augustana College from 1921 to 1932. The A. Cyril Graham papers, 1901-circa 1939, 1976 and undated, primarily includes published and unpublished sheet music for pieces composed by Graham, as well as material related to a 1976 musical program in his honor.

Carl Otto Granere was born 27 September 1844 in Småland, Sweden. He graduated from Stockholm in 1870 and traveled to Augustana College in Paxton, Illinois, that same year. From 1872 to 1876 he was a professor of Latin and Swedish and assistant instructor in Church History and Doctrinal Theology at the College. Green Wing Environmental Laboratory is a biological field station in north-central Illinois. The station is approximately 80 miles to the east of campus. It totals 420 acres of upland forest and wetland habitats and is equipped with two buildings that can accommodate students and professors for short and long-term trips. Classes are taught at the station, and research is conducted there as well. Materials in this collection include annual reports and annual meeting notes.

Juliamarie Andreen Grilly was born February 6, 1925, in Des Moines, Iowa, the daughter of Dr. Paul and Althea Andreen, and granddaughter of Gustav Andreen, fourth president of Augustana College. George Fridolph Hall is an Augustana College graduate. During his time at Augustana, he was a member of the band and the Observer staff. Hall became a professor at several colleges, including Bethany College, Gustavus Adolphus College, DePaul University, and the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago.
