Fritiof Melvin Fryxell was a geology professor at Augustana College from 1929 to 1968. The Fritiof Melvin Fryxell glass plate images and photographs, 1922-1949 and undated, includes images of family members, Augustana College, national parks, geological trips, national and international travels, as well as wildlife, natural landscapes, and exhibit photographs.

Hulda Fryxell papers
Hulda Fryxell was a former teacher at Augustana College. She taught in several area schools, including the Augustana Conservatory. She then became a violin teacher at the college in 1924. Her papers include concert programs, news clippings, photographs, portraits, and a painting.
Hold Augie Accountable Protest collection
The Hold Augie Accountable protest was held in October 2016, following an incident involving racist statements chalked around Augustana’s campus. This collection documents the chalking incident, the protest, and the immediate aftermath of the protest, including policy decisions made by Augustana administrators and students’ reactions. The collection includes agendas, speeches, news articles, photographs, recordings, artwork, artifacts, and web content generated during the protests.

Ingemar Larson was a professor of biology at Augustana College from 1966 to 1995. The Ingemar Larson papers, 1947-1997, contain pages from two scrapbooks created by Larson in honor of his retirement in 1995 and winning the Harold T. and Violet M. Jaeke Award in 1991.

Ephraim and Louise Manning were interested in participating in the Quad Cities community and its history. They were members of groups such as the Black Hawk Hiking Club, Friendship Force of the Quad Cities, and Viewfinders Camera Club.
