Jonathan B. Spencer and Richard P. Hart papers
Jonathan B. Spencer lived in Essex County, New York, in the first half of the nineteenth century, and bought and sold land in the Quad City area. Richard P. Hart also bought and sold land in the area in the 1840s and 1850s. Materials in this collection include financial records, correspondence, and notes concerning the buying and selling of land around the Quad City area after the Black Hawk War, as well as photocopies of the original documents.
Henry F. Staack papers
Henry F. Staack was a former history professor of Augustana College. Staack came to the college in 1927 as an assistant history professor, was promoted to associate professor in 1935 and resigned in 1958. His papers include personal correspondence, correspondence and papers relating to societies Staack belonged to, a photograph, postcards, personal books, and pamphlets on a variety of religious and historical subjects.
Dick Stahl papers
Richard “Dick” Stahl is an alumnus of Augustana College, class of 1963, and poet. He served as the first poet laureate of the Quad Cities from 2001 to 2003. The Dick Stahl papers contains two scrapbooks of poetry created by Dick Stahl. These scrapbooks were inspired by construction projects on Augustana's campus in the early 2010s.

Svenska Vitterhetssallskapet records
Also known as the Swedish Society of Belles Lettres, Svenska Vitterhetssallskapet was a literary society created in 1897. The purpose of the society was to encourage and maintain interest in Swedish literature and culture. The membership was limited to 18. This collection consists of materials in Swedish, including meeting minutes and copies of two newsletters: the Runan and the Tomten.
